Canada Post is experiencing an unprecedented number of transactions at post offices across the country as Canadians look to safely connect with loved ones through the mail this holiday season.

In the final days before the calendar turned to December, Canada Post delivered almost 3 million parcels across the country. That includes approximately 2.1 million parcels delivered on Monday, November 30, 2020 after a weekend with approximately 800 thousand parcel deliveries. As Canada's parcel delivery leader, we've fully implemented plans to scale up and stay safe while responding to the expected heavy holiday parcel volumes.
